Joana’s career trajectory within Entail AI is both inspiring and indicative of the diverse opportunities within the company. Initially starting as an editor, Joana’s passion for podcasts led her to head the podcast department. Today, she plays a crucial role in guest curation and content management.
“I’m responsible for helping the CEO to find guests and manage everything—from questions to making sure that the guests understand the process.”
A typical day for Joana involves a blend of creativity and administration, ensuring the podcast runs smoothly and delivers high-quality content for their audience.
Podcasts have emerged as a fantastic medium for delivering fresh, authentic content. They provide a platform for experts to share their knowledge, bringing a human touch to automated marketing tools.
At Entail AI, the integration of audio and video content from podcasts allows for versatile content creation, essential for engaging social media strategies.
While Joana manages the podcast’s content, Entail AI has a dedicated team for video editing, ensuring the produced content is polished and professional. Tools like Videotap streamline the editing process, making it possible to convert podcast episodes into engaging blog posts and social media snippets.

Entail AI’s marketing strategy is built on a solid foundation of core principles. Two primary goals guide their approach: growing traffic and converting that traffic into leads. Key to achieving these goals is a thorough reliance on data and the creation of unique, tailored content.

Joana emphasizes the importance of understanding the audience’s position in the sales funnel. This understanding allows Entail AI to create specific content for each funnel stage, from wide-reaching social media posts to detailed blog content and demo schedules.
As someone deeply involved in content creation, Joana finds herself gravitating towards long-form content. She appreciates comprehensive articles that offer detailed information and ample sources for further research.

Despite the trend towards shorter attention spans, Joana values the depth and enrichment that long-form content provides.
Joana is particularly excited about the future of AI in marketing. Despite initial apprehensions, she recognizes that AI tools, while not perfect, offer substantial potential to revolutionize the industry.
“AI trailblazed through the entire content marketing industry.”
Her advice to marketers is clear: embrace AI, understand its workings, and leverage it to enhance the quality of your work.
Marketers need to stay informed about AI advancements to ensure they remain relevant and competitive. By mastering AI tools, marketers can guarantee their work surpasses the capabilities of current AI-generated content.
Joana shared a valuable lesson from her experience with A/B testing in paid advertising. One notable failure involved testing campaigns on Facebook for an idea management SaaS platform, which proved ineffective.
“The first mistake was running it on Facebook… Facebook just wasn’t the platform for an idea management SaaS platform.”
This experience highlights the importance of selecting the right platform for your target audience.
Conversely, Joana proudly recounted the successful launch of Entail AI’s CRO software. Its overwhelming reception not only validated the product but also provided numerous case studies and use cases to leverage in client presentations.
