SFH # 166 Connecting Water to the Internet with Samuel Ian Rosen

“Water is actually something that is financeable. I saw that there is an ecosystem in water that needs to be developed on the software side.” – Samuel Ian Rosen

Samuel Ian Rosen, or Captain Planet, is an artist and technologist creating solutions to end the sixth mass extinction, aka The Climate Crisis. His mission is to eliminate the single use plastic water bottle and democratize access to clean water by connecting it to the Internet. He is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. In this episode of The School for Humanity, Andrew discusses with Samuel his early aspirations to be an inventor, what inspired his creation of the organization Tap, creating a sustainable business model to solve a social issue, the importance of hydration, and impact measurements.
