SFH #55: Adaptive Technology for Developing Reading Skills with Michael Lombardo, CEO of BookNook

It can be agreed that reading is a very important skill to master, right?

In this episode with the CEO of BookNook, Michael Lombardo, we learn about the unique way that his company helps students to collaborate and succeed together using adaptive technology.

Every time a student uses BookNook, their software automatically decides the most ideal lesson that the student should be working on. As a student masters each standard, BookNook will recommend a specific lesson that prepares the student for the next standard based on the 500 lessons that are correlated to various reading levels. Once all standards for the reading level are mastered, the student will be moved up to the next level automatically.

It is definitely worth a listen to for our teachers, parents, and those who work with children!
