SFH #019: Philippe Lacamp, Senior Vice President of Cathay Pacific on Making Travel Sustainable

As senior Vice President of Americas at Cathay Pacific Airways, Philippe Lacamp is creating a vision to build the world’s best airline. Being the best means that they always strive to excel in everything that they stand for, especially when it comes to sustainability and delivering Service Straight From The Heart.

We were especially inspired by Cathay’s Pacific’s commitment to excellence driven by the motto of the Swire Group, (their principal shareholder): “Esse Quam Videri”, meaning “to be, rather than to seem to be”.
Tune in, as Philippe shares how he is making travel more sustainable by investing in the best available technology and utilising optimum flight management procedures, managing his company infrastructure, by enhancing the environmental performance of their ground infrastructure and support services in Hong Kong and at destinations across the network, and investing in people and communities, by supporting them at the workplace, empowering them to make a difference in local communities across the CX network.

Let’s take off, with Phillippe Lacamp.
